New Automelodi video for “Digresse”

[dropcap]The[/dropcap] franco-canadian synth wave project Automelodi have provided a fine video for their song “Digresse”—off their 2013 album “Surlendemains Acides”, released via Electronic Voice records. Aesthetically close to both the 80s cult movie “Liquid Sky” and David Bowie’s style-defining video “Ashes To Ashes”, the 80s-infused tune has pretty much all the right visual elements to be pleasing to the eye, and indeed is a must-see for fans, synth pop/cold wave fans and lovers of the 80s Blitz Club aesthetics.

Their recent appearance in Berlin at Death # Disco provided us some other visual material, a version of Arnaud Lazlaud’s hit “Les Invisibles” – another project featuring Automelodi mastermind László Arnoldi a.k.a. Xavier Paradis, which is equally good and as well damn pleasing to synth wave lovers all over the world.
